While the latest viral twitter software TweetForms is still in BETA, you can get in.

TWEETFORMS

Maybe I should not say too much about what I am working on, but I can tell you this.

Viral marketing is the best form of free advertising any website owner could ask for. Those word-of-mouth leads bring not only traffic, but trust and in time, given that the content is good and your viral marketing campaign is paying off, your web page have to rank high in the search engines. Plain and simple.

I have looked into software that I could use to interest my website visitors to social bookmark my website.

The problem is that I want to set this viral campaign in motion on all my websites – and I cannot afford a change in the way the social bookmarking service works online, to such an extend that my viral marketing campaign would be brought to a complete stand still.

That is what would have happened if I implemented a twitter marketing tool sooner.

Now that twitter changed the way services connect to your twitter account, I found a new new twitter marketing tool that is about to launch. Actually I was invited by the owner of a mailing list I am subscribed to, to check out the BETA of TweetForms.

Since it has not been launched yet, there are still upgrades and things they are working on in the background. Still I found that TweetForms is just perfect for what I was looking for.

Twitter is a solid online service and a great marketing tool – Fact!

So I cannot go wrong there!

For now there are 2 versions, one being free ownership and the other the only available upgrade at this stage – silver membership.

Now I don’t just buy anything online that I cannot otherwise get for free. In fact I am a member somewhere where I get most stuff that sells online, for free – but I digress….

The thing is, using this twitter marketing tool will get my website visitors to tweet about the site if the want to share it with their twitter friends, but I need something more…

I needed the tweetform to actually reward the tweeter for tweeting

Yes, I want to offer a freebie on every website I own – people love freebies! And what better way to give them the freebie in exchange for a tweet?

Now, this is where I found that the upsell, the siver membership upgrade, is just what I need.

All silver members can change the default thank-you-for-tweeting-page to what ever page you want. Now this may seem like a simple thing but to me it makes a HUGE difference. Now I can put a download link to the freebie on my thank-you-for-tweeting-page!

The owner suggests that you keep the page as is, as it would make you more referrals (and him to) as the default thank-you-for-tweeting-page tells the tweeter how he/she can use the free tweetforms twitter marketing system to get free marketing for their sites, and get more followers (something I forgot to mention).

But I recommend that you change it to your own thank-you-for-tweeting-page. You can still include the same offer as a bonus (or several bonuses) on your thank-you-for-tweeting-page!

Not going to say much more about it at this point in time, but I am going to install a tweetform on every website I own – and Iam pretty much excited about it too

Checkout it out for yourself – Tweetforms.

Twitter just notified it’s followers that they are updating the way that software and online web site services uses their programming platform to log in on your behalf when you allow access to those services.

Is may be bad news for a lot of applications – maybe even some you have grown accustomed to. These include applications like TweetDeck, Seesmic, or EchoFon, as well websites such as TweetMeme, fflick, and Topsy. Mobile applications you may know of that may be affected are Twitter for iPhone, Twitter for Blackberry, Foursquare and thousands more.

The better use of twitter must have to do with the workload of their servers, if you ask me Twitter oauth is the tool that all services and twitter applications now have to use, in order to keep being connected to your twitter account. And you will be able to see all apps that connects to your twitter, and disconnect anyone with one click

Among this update email I also read that twitter is launching their own link cloaking service – it’s called t.co and twitter promise that it is going to make use of tracking – so they may give you a report in your member’s area where you can see the stats of all the traffic through your twitter URL’s.

I don’t know how this will affect you and your twitter experience, but I look forward to twitter expanding it’s features. Go twitter!
