Is may be bad news for a lot of applications – maybe even some you have grown accustomed to. So, to answer your question, I’d say you need a quick solution. I use Site Profit Bot for this. And quick it is. I setup a site in less then 1 minute. The upload of the files takes about 6 minutes on the slowest ADSL connection.

I suppose the click through rate could be better if you used an optimized Adsense template, but that really depends very much of the type of traffic and the availability of quality ads for the keywords your page are being optimized for. I got click through percentages as high as in the  30′s.

I used to tell the software to create the files on my server in a folder named after a keyword I would like to dominate at a later stage. Lately I just use “spb” for the folder name and place a simple index.php redirect in the root of the domain.
