Free Screen Capture Plugin for Firefox:

I have been using a plugin to capture screens and I thought it was a very nice addition to my firefox browser.  That was until I found a better solution as the screen capture plugin that I used could not grab the actual picture from a flash video.  The one I now installed is called FireShot and you can get it for free from their website at http://screenshot-program.com/fireshot/.

Thank you for recommending that I download the Fireshot plug-in for Firefox. You’re a great guy.
