Testing out the ScribeFire FireFox Plugin…
Why did it take for me this long to try out ScribeFire… So far it is working better than the DashBlog Firefox plugin.
So let us see what it can do….
I setup a flickr page but never used it. While following up on a one of my Twitter friends, I guess I was taken in with the quality of Flickr. I also found that you can post photos from flicr but their blogging system did not work that great for me.
By using DashBlog it made it quite difficult for me to give the owner of the picture a link to his or her flickr page. And I do not want to use a picture with consent, so while I was looking for a better system (as I need to replace picture I have used and believe me I now cannot get the Flickr page even if I have the name of the picture).
As today is Saturday I started out less focussed and soon I was listening to music, which I never use to make time for. After a while of that Blip.fm was getting boring as I could not get the search function to find nice christian music, and after trying out another site unsuccessfully I stated added some more plugins to my already bulky FireFox3 installation. It was then that I Stumbled Upon the ScriptFire Plugin.
Now here I am just mumbling on to test it out and obviously no one will read this far
So just for fun let me also try out this Youtube button…
funny crash video clips…
This is great stuff! ScribeFire also imported my current categories… which is just great!
Ok, I do not see a place where I can tick to have it posted as a draft, and I do not understand how the quote button works. But I do not care one bit!
WAIT! I found it! Just as I was about to post it to my blog, I got an option to post this to my blog as a draft post. Had to come back to tell you
Now blog posting is starting to get REAL FUN!

So, you would say that Dashblog is not worth using anymore? Should I try out Scribefire instead?
Yes, that is right Daniel. ScribeFire works far better than DashBlog. I started using the ScribeFire plugin and I do not see how Icould go back to DashBlog unless they change the way the plugin script works.
